Being charged $40 for Deluxe but I free filed at no charge!!!!!

I am trying to add earned income and it says i originally filed using deluxe edition but I rechecked my order for 2019 tax refund and I used the free edition and didn't have to pay anything. Why are they trying to charge me to amend??! Something is not right and I got denied the advance.

Your response did not help me. I am being charged $40 to amend state and $40 to amend federal. I only want to amend federal!!! Its not giving me any other options!
