CA 2021 tax amend efiling eligibility for Turbotax

I'm working on amending 2021 federal/CA tax return

I know I should print and mail for federal amend return for 2021

But not sure for CA, Can I still use my turbotax 2021 to efile my CA 2021 amend ?

and For Federal amend,

Actually I need to send them 2020,2021,2022 amend.

Do I need to send each year in a separate envelope or

as long as I stapled and attach coversheet for each year separately, it is okay to send them all in an envelope ?

You will need to paper fill all past year amended returns for both Federal and State. I would put each amendment in it's own envelope.
