CA form 568 for tax year 2013 and 2014? Why they were not filed with my return? I received a notice from CA FTB saying they cannot locate my SMLLC return.

I used Turbo Tax Online for file my tax return for 2013 and 2014. So, I need your assistance in preparing form 568 for those years

In 2013 Turbotax didn't generate the 568 so there is solution to this listed here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3243035-we-need-to-complete-a-form-568-for-2013-how-can-that-be-accomplished

You "should have done this" and "if you didn't do that you have to go back" are not super helpful, Terry.

If you filled out the 568 for those years then you should have printed them out and followed the filing instructions - they cannot be electronically filed - you have to mail them in.

The 568 is filled out as part of your personal Calif income tax return but it has no effect on your personal return and is filed separately. It must be hooked up to either your Schedule C or your rental property(ies). Reply back if you didn't do any of that and have to go back and generate then fill out the 568.
