Can anyone access Form 4136? I am not able to open the form.

TT says I don't qualify...which I do. How do I get around the UI?

TT Online does not provide direct access to forms. You have to use the interview. You said TT said you don't qualify. Are you sure you do? Form 4136 is used to to claim the following.

The biodiesel or renewable diesel mixture credit.
The alternative fuel credit.
A credit for certain nontaxable uses (or sales) of fuel during your income tax year.
A credit for blending a diesel-water fuel emulsion.
A credit for exporting dyed fuels or gasoline blendstocks.
