Can anyone point me in the right direction I haven't got my fed refund back for 2020 nor my 3rd stimulus idk what to do please help?

The IRS is behind for sure and that makes it very difficult.  Here is a resource for action to try for the 2020 tax return.

The best resource for you may be the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS).  They are in place to assist in situations where you are unable to obtain resolution on your own.

2. Submit a request for assistance - Form 911 Request for TAS Assistance (instructions are included)
3. Locate the local TAS Office for your area

This will get the process started for you.  It's not going to be a fast process because they are handling a large volume at this time. 

If you do not hear from TAS within one week of submitting Form 911, contact the Taxpayer Advocate office where you originally submitted your request. Incomplete information or requests submitted to a Taxpayer Advocate office outside of your geographical location may result in delays.

2021: The third economic impact payment (3EIP) is handled on the tax return for 2021. This one is easy because if you didn't receive it last year you will simply put a zero for the amount received and TurboTax will include the $1,400 on your tax return.  It is called the recovery rebate credit (RRC).  

1. Sign into your TurboTax account > Select Federal Review (top) > answer the questions in this section > TurboTax will populate the amount you should receive.  You can Preview My 1040 and check line 30 for the amount.
