Can anyone tell me how to return back into turbotax to make a change?

Just sign into the account that you were using. If you're having difficulty with that then see the following: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/account-recovery/help/account-recovery-request-for-your-turbotax-account/00/25659

However, you cannot change any information once you've filed your tax return.
