Can I add an unfiled 2014 w2 to my current filing status?

No, You must report it on your 2014 return. You can only add your 2019 W-2s to your current return. 

If you never filed a 2014 return, you can download the forms and instructions from the IRS website . We no longer sell or support TurboTax products for 2015 and earlier tax years. 

I you want to file to get a refund, it's no longer possible to claim a refund for tax year 2014.
