Can I amend my return 'cause I made several mistakes. Originally TurboTax said I could amend on Feb 15th, now it's saying I have to wait 'til Feb 22nd. Frustrating!

I selected the wrong answer to my child tax credit, and I've received multiple 1099, and 1098-B forms that I need to file. Also I need to correct and add the childcare forms.

It is too soon to amend a 2024 tax return. You have to wait until it has been fully processed by the IRS. Sometimes the IRS catches and corrects mistakes you made. And the Form 1040X you will need is not available until mid-February. Amending too soon can cause confusion and long delays.
