Can i amend the tax form to show that i am claimed as a dependent from Jan - Sept 2020?

I said that i could not be claimed, but now my dad can't do his taxes and claim me while i was 17 years old. How do i amend the forms on TurboTax?

You are either a dependent for the whole year or not - there is no partial year dependent.
