Can I cancel my current tax software order? I accidentally ordered my Turbo Tax Premier software twice. How can I get a refund for the one I just ordered today?

I don't need two copies and just want to cancel the one I just ordered. I only discovered the problem as I was downloading today and found out there is already software there.

Yes, @xmasbaby0 is correct for resources to phone TurboTax. Also, they can be asked for support if there is a license code activation issue.

A refund may be possible if the product was purchased from TurboTax directly and has not been used to download the state for Windows, or download the state for Mac, or e-file yet.
