Do you mean that you wish to indicate on your tax return that no one can claim you as a dependent?  If so, the answer is yes, you can file a return and indicate on your return that no one can claim you as an dependent.   If no one can claim you as a dependent, you would then be eligible to receive the full amount of the standard deduction (assuming you don't itemize) applicable to your filing status.  However, before filing in this manner, it may be appropriate to discuss the matter with the party(ies) who might file a return and claim you as a dependent.   The other party who wants to claim you as a dependent, may meet all of the requirements to claim you as a dependent.  Thus, your return and that of the other party, may conflict on the dependent issue, which could result in the IRS rejecting one or both returns and requesting additional information from you and the other party.
