I need to complete my 2023 taxes I started on Turbotax but do not see where to access them. I can see the extension and the documents I uploaded but not any of the information I had entered.

You can no longer finish your 2023 tax return in TurboTax Online. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year, which is now 2024. To finish your 2023 tax return you have to use the desktop TurboTax software for 2023.

How do I finish a prior-year return that I started in TurboTax Online?

Tax returns for past years cannot be e-filed. You will have to print your 2023 tax return, sign it, and file it by mail.

Your extension for 2023 has expired. You are now just filing late. If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late.
