Can I delete my 2019 tax return due to misinformation on my tax return?

I did not need to file 2019 tax return. I did and now it keeps getting rejected, due to misinformation. Some form 1099 keeps appearing about interest from a financial inst. I know nothing about.

Or you could tell us in more detail about the error message you are  getting about a 1099.  There are about two dozen kinds of 1099's.  What kind of 1099 is the message about?

@ogdg-1963 Or....if it is something that came over from a past year, and you have nothing to enter for this financial institution for 2019, and just need to get rid of the form:

You said you did not need to file a 2019 return--so why were you preparing a return then?
