Can I file a simple basic tax return now when previous years, (when I had more income), I used all the deductions. My income is SSA only now

I want to use the easy basic tax form this year. My income has greatly reduced and I didnt want to consider using deductions

If the Social Security benefits are the Only income to be reported on the tax return, then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.
