Can I file tax return for my deceased mother

I have filed my tax returns but every time I go to turbo tax it recognizes me and won't let me get started

    If you are using TurboTax Online, you do need to setup a new account for your mother's return. 

    (When using Desktop, you can prepare up to five)

     

    TurboTax carries information over year after year and acknowledges when a return has been filed in an online account, so that online account cannot do a return for a different taxpayer.
