Can I find the supposed left menu that also is Not at the bottom of the screen so that I can get a prior year's tax return?????

Someone else couldn't find it on the left, so they were told to go to bottom of screen. It's not there either. Turbo Tax s assuming I want to start my new year's taxes and jumped into "We're saving you time by downloading your data!"

When starting the tax return as a returning customer, the "left menu" is what is in TurboTax Online. When first opening the TurboTax Program, you will be at Tax Home. Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Then, follow these steps:

At Your tax returns & documents, select Show.
Navigate to the option to download the PDF of your return under 2019 and follow the prompts.

Otherwise, import the 2019 .tax file into TurboTax CD/Download. This will be an option immediately when opening the program. There is no left menu in this version of the software.
