TurboTax is not offering any type of refund advance loan at this time.  If TurboTax offers refund advance loans it will not be until January 2021 and only after the 2020 federal tax return has been completed and filed.  You cannot apply for the loan it will be offered to you based on your eligibility after filing for a 2020 federal tax refund.
