Can I get a refund back for $25 to get taxes days early, as IRS approved & sending to my bank account by 24th, 4 days. Clearly paid 25 for no reason

Getting my refund in four days, per IRS website and I paid turbotax $25 to get it five days early, which would have been yesterday

If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.
