Can I get a refund on the 5 days early option if my tax return has not been deposited early as promised?

TurboTax charges $25 to have your refund sent 5 days early. If you paid for that option and have not received your refund any earlier than your refund date given by the IRS, will they credit back that $25 to you?

    You should have received an email from TurboTax that your refund is on its way. If you don't receive your refund by today, you are entitled to receive a refund.
