Can I get an early refund with turbo tax like you can do with H&R Block?

It depends, TurboTax will begin offering an application for a cash advance (tax refund loan) in some returns. It will show in the interview to File, at the end of the return. The TurboTax FAQ below has up-to-date information about the offer and the process.

No, they do not give refund advances. Read everything carefully. Go to HR Block.

Funny they don't give them but they give you the option to pay for one. Total scam. Stick with h and r block. Turbo tax takes 6 to 8 weeks to get your refund. They have offered me an anticipation Loan the last 4 years and charged me for it. I have the paperwork. So thanks for saying they don't. I'm going to demand my money back. Filing with the it's themselves is faster than turbo tax and a lot cheaper. I'll use h and r block this year!

The IRS is supposed to release refunds today. As you can see it's going to take turbo tax a week to get your refund to you. I filed a complaint with the IRS a form 14157. Turbo Tax is a scam.

They in fact do give advances. The people on here complaining just dont understand the difference between pre-qualifying and qualifying. It even prompts you with information that might help you determine the difference. Thank you turbotax for partnering up with a bank and getting me my 1000$ advance. Took less than an hour for both federal and state to be accepted as well. Very pleased with turbotax this year and is another testimony to their hard work. I havd been a turbo tax customer for the last 12 years and have been happy each and every time i have filed.

Well I filed mine and my taxes were accepted both state and federal and I didn't get the advance. So don't know what is going on.

Mines gave me the option before I efiled. And I literally got mines 10 mins after IRS ACCEPTANCE EMAIL CAME THRU. IT CAME IN MY PROMOTIONA FOLDER. U GET ONLINE CARD TO USE TEMP TO UR ACTUAL COME IN THE MAIL
