If the Where's My Refund website says the check has been printed and ready to mail, you will need to contact the IRS.

Turbo Tax never receives your refund as Turbo Tax is not a bank.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here

Where does it say Ready to Mail?  If your Turbo Tax Account says Ready to Mail then you have not finished filing.

Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.

You can try to switch to efile.   Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.
