Can I get help here, because this’s my first time doing my taxes with you guys and it’s stressful as hell and the individual who help me with my taxes did not complete

The IRS is saying they need additional info on my 1040 
Like can somebody help here, this shit is stressing me out honestly I probably will not file with you guys again if I have to go through all this
