Can I get my last year's 1040 if yes can anyone guide what is the way?

i want to get it from turbo tax site i belive their is a way of doing it.

See the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ linked below.  If you filed in 2018 using the Free Edition, I believe you must "register" for Free Edition 2019 in order to unlock your prior-years' returns.
