Can I get my stimulus check direct deposited if I received my tax return by check?

The IRS is currently building a tool that should be available soon that will allow taxpayers who received checks for their refunds to provide their direct deposit information, it is not yet functional as of April 13, 2020, so please take care and do not provide your bank information to any third parties offering to forward it to the IRS.
