Can i get some help please? i got a letter from the irs saying i need to confirm my identity, still haven't got my return? irs says my refund changed to 0$ what do i do?

i sent in all the doc they wanted and still nothing..i dont no what to do!

If you cannot verify online or by phone, make an appointment at a local IRS office.
