Can I go back into completed tax documents and add a missed K-1 for input?

Yes, after your return has been processed (and refund received, if applicable) you can file an amended return on Form 1040X.  Login to your account at TurboTax.com or open your TurboTax program on your computer and select the option "I need to amend a return that has been filed and accepted" and follow the prompts.
