Question

Can I have don't answers?? My refund was $1,400 short and came from SBTPG??? Using TurboTax for 6 years and this never happened before. What is going on?

Customer service gave me three phone numbers to call with no real answers. I need an explanation and my money.

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.
