I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get through to talk to someone about withdrawing all my refund money! I needed to make a down payment on a car that I could have drove home today but this stupid card wouldnt go through!! I want to know how to get ALL my money off at once & lll NEVER use this card again!!!!!

How the hell do you take your money off this card?! It keeps getting declined at the atm and the phone number just takes you in circles and you never talk to an actual person. This is ridiculous

@Mrsisome For security reasons, we may limit the amount, number, and type of transactions you can make on your Card and any funding or reload of your Card. You may withdraw up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from ATMs and up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from teller transactions, unless otherwise indicated.

Trying to get thru and just ask a simple question does not happen and the app don't help with question I'm trying to ask, about the deposit the irs website shows me I was suppose to receive 822.00 and all I got in my turbo card was 686.31 I thought this was suppose to be free.

What is the refund advance program and is there a fee for that I,just trying to get at bottom of this why I don't got what it's says was deposited to my card there a 135 difference and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to know why. I will wait for irs letter to find out , I did owe student loans but it show me what was paid to my student loans the difference was 822.00 and I didn't get that on my card thanks very upset that you can't talk to a live person over phone.

You can only withdrawl 3000 cash from a bank (over the counter) a month BUT!! you can go to moneygram and send the money to a money gram place like Walmart and pay using your turbocard debit. up to 4000 dollars a day. And pick your cash up in person that way(do not send the money to another debit card or account you have to pick it up in person from moneygram destination, its considered a debit purchase) only way to get your money

Look at the back of the card for contact info for the bank servicing that card ... follow their instructions to clear the account. No one here in this public forum can help you with your own personal banking business.
