There's no way to project when the IRS will finish processing a return and issue an "approval", then send. However, the IRS says most people who efile and choose direct deposit will get their refunds within 21 days. But some refunds come sooner, some later. Some require more processing. You can follow your return at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.

If you efiled, are you sure your return was accepted? Did you get such an acceptance notice or see it in TurboTax? If so, does the IRS WMR tool find your info?
