Can I make changes on my paperwork after I have already printed off the amendment paperwork for that year?

I found paperwork that I didn’t include when I originally filed My taxes for that year. Now I’m in the process of trying to amend those taxes and I have already printed off the paperwork through TurboTax to send to the IRS to amend that tax year but I forgot to add information on there. Can I add it by hand to the paperwork before sending it.

You can do that if you know for certain that what you change will not affect calculations elsewhere in your return. Better would be to change it in TurboTax and reprint the return.
