I want to pay my underpayment penalty now. How can I do it on Turbo tax website?

You cannot make a payment through TurboTax before you file the tax return, but you can make a payment directly on the IRS site (Payments). You will have to indicate what tax year to apply it to and it will be applied to your 2024 liability when you file your tax retuern.
