No. TurboTax does not give you a receipt for paying your tax due. TurboTax did not pay it----TT only passed the payment information to the IRS or your state. The IRS nor your state will not issue receipts either. Your proof that you paid your tax due will be your own bank or credit card statement.

I paid my taxes on 4/18 from my account and shows on my bank account statement and then I received a letter from the IRS stating I owe the taxes!!!

FYI ... the IRS has been sending out a lot of erroneous bills for paid taxes ... so read the notice carefully and either call the number on the notice OR mail in a response with proof of payment.
