Can I seek help for a CP2000 form?

Not sure if it is a real letter. The number doesn't much up with what is online. I try to call and they say no one can help and they hang up. Was never given any length of time. The letter was sent on the Nov.29 and expected to do a payment or respond back before Dec 29. Just seems very strange. I did send back a written response, but still have not received any notification back. Plus this dates back from three years ago.

At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
