You can still file a 2018 tax return, and if you are due a refund you will still get that refund.  You can't e-file 2018 any longer, you must print and mail the return.

 

For years prior to 2019 you cannot use TurboTax Online.  You will need a Download/CD version of TurboTax.  Previous year's TurboTax versions are available from TurboTax at this link.
