Can i tell if i filed a 1040 or 1040ez etc last year without a copy of my tax return?

Probably not. Normally, a 1040EZ is an Income Tax Return for Single and Joint Filers With No Dependents. The only way for you to know for sure which form you filed would be to see a copy of your return.
