I haven’t filed for tax in previous years and i have bought a car and paid for rent can I use those pills in 2019 thank you

Sorry---but your post does not quite make sense. Not sure what you want to enter in regard to buying a car, paying rent or pills. --or did you mean "bills?"

If you have some taxable income to enter on a tax return you can file a return.

I suspect this is about getting the stimulus check.
