can not efile amend on turbotax 2020.

IRS has updated efile to include 2020 this Jun. (IRS: Taxpayers now have more options to correct, amend returns electronically | Internal Revenue Service), but TurboTax seem to have issue to do it.

It allows me to efile until the very end (ready to transmit) then saying my signature date should be in 2021. A bug?

The TurboTax personal editions do not support e-filing of a 2020 amended tax return. The 2020 amended return can only be printed and mailed using TurboTax.

Professional editions of TurboTax do support e-filing of a 2020 amended tax return.

I am using Home and Business edition. Not sure if that belongs to the professional editions you mentioned.

Sorry Home & Business is a Turbo Tax personal program. Only the Intuit professional programs can efile prior years, and I'm not sure if that either. Programs that a CPA would use.
