The IRS has rejected your return because the spouse Social Security Number (SSN) on this return can not be the same as the primary SSN on another return filed for this tax year.

Your spouse's Social Security number is on a tax return already received by the IRS. Verify the spouse's SSN is correct on your return. If it is correct then you will have to print and mail your tax return.
