Question

Can someone help me? I received an irs notice that my file payment rejected but it is still taken out of my account any help on if I still need to pay this?

This can happen becuase your payment was NSF on the original try. Then the IRS sends a notice. The clearing house may wait and resubmit the payment which in this case cleared.

 

you can check your account balance at the iRS if you have registered
