Can someone help? My federal refund was accepted yesterday, but I received nothing about my RAL. Can someone tell me about their experience with the RAL this year?

I spoke to an agent at Turbo Tax and she confirmed that I did in fact elect the Refund Advance Loan for disbursement. I’ve read in a few places that after the IRS accepts your refund, you should receive your RAL into your Credit Karma account within 15 minutes.

Here is an FAQ: When will I get my Refund Advance? Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't have an email.
