Can't track my refund

Hi there , I filed my taxes early in January, I received a notification that all my documents have been accepted, but when I go to track my refund, it's saying that this profile cannot be found, have I done something incorrectly?

And when I called the IRS they said I should have my refund by the 17th of February, but I haven't even received a letter from the IRS as yet , is there something I need to do?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
