Can Turbo Tax help agree or disagree with CP2000 Proposed Changes from IRS?

I received a CP2000 notice regarding my 2018 taxes from the IRS proposing I owe $3,861. I understand a CP2000 notice means that the income and/or payment information the IRS has on file for you doesn't match the information you reported in your return. I have read the notice and understand where the discrepancy is. Since I'm not a tax expert and don't want to pay this large amount of money if the IRS is viewing the discrepancy incorrectly, I'm hesitant to sign that I agree or disagree. Can TurboTax review the CP2000 notice and offer advice on agreement or offering explanation of disagreement? Thanks!

Is the IRS correct ?   Did you miss entering that income ?

Use the amendment process to verify that the IRS notice is correct by adding the missing info and looking at the result.

See this TurboTax FAQ for help with amending:
