Can turbo tax help me obtain my w2s if I cant access them through adp

My email cant be accessed and I changed my number so adp wont let me see or download my w2s until I contact my previous employer. I called my previous employer and they wont answer and when they do answer they say they can't help me so I'm wondering if turbo tax can help me get them so I can file my taxes.

TurboTax partners with ADP. however, it has no access to the W-2. contact your employer to get a paper copy or the IRS should have a transcript (no state info) that you can access online

you can get a copy from the Social Security Administration but there is a fee.
