Can Turbotax confirm that I filed a past (amended) return electronically?

I prepared an amended 2019 return in February 2021 and thought it had been filed electronically (even though I had to put a date of 12/31/2020 on it to work).  It's still not showing up in the IRS system and the IRS agent asked me to get proof from TurboTax.  I don't have an email confirmation or anything like I usually get when a 1040 is accepted.  Can someone at Turbotax confirm or deny that a 1040X was e-filed if I used the CD version?

You could not have efiled a 2019 amended return any later than October 2020 when the 2019 efiling system closed.  That return had to be mailed in by Feb 2021.

Yes---if you thought that you e-filed a 2019 amended return in 2021 you were confused.   That could not be done.    It sounds like you still need to print, sign and mail the amended 2019 return, since it has not been filed at all.
