Live help is available M-F during normal business hours.

In general, though, any edits must be made in the original data entry screen for the applicable item.

@mstorm 2013?  Why?  The software for 2013 is no longer available.  It is too late to receive a tax refund for a 2013 tax return.  What are you trying to do?
