TurboTax gets no information about the status of your refunds after your return is submitted and accepted.

 

Have you confirmed that you submitted your return for efiling and that it was accepted? https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

 

If it was accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status of your refund? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
