Can you help, I did not receive the 1040 page where I sign and date. What must we do ?

yes, front page only. No where to sign and date

That is the NEW postcard size 1040. Under the new tax laws, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's. Everything goes on a little Form 1040 that has six extra "schedules" with it, and if you need any of those schedules, you are not able to use the Free Edition. The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.

The 2018 Form 1040 is two half pages. Both halves are printed on one page. The signature block is on the top half of the page.
