Question

Can you help. I need to access/pay for a return for 2016 or 2017. I dont know wether I filed it or asked for extension. Please help

    If you cannot log into your TurboTax account and need to know whether you filed your return (or returns) for 2016 or 2017, the easiest way is to request a transcript from the IRS at Get IRS Transcript.  

    If you did not file a return for 2016 or 2017, you can purchase the software at the TurboTax web page Past Years Products.
