Question

Can you help me? was not trying to file taxes. trying to give bank information for stimulus check. can you fix this?

turbo agent walked me through this and didn’t know what she was doing and the process and it was rejected.  haven’t gotten stimulus check.

The IRS has a website where people who are not required to file can enter their information.
