This is a user community forum.  No one here or at TurboTax Support can know your deposit information.  TurboTax does not make the deposits of Federal refunds.   A Federal refund either comes directly from the IRS to your bank (or card), or it goes through a third-party company, such as with the option to pay product fees (if you chose the latter option.)   You can look at your return PDF and on a page called "Filing Instructions", it should show you your refund choice and your deposit account information.

You didn't provide any detail, so we don't know what your situation is.   Why are you asking this question?  Has the IRS released your refund, and you haven't received it?   What information is shown at the IRS tool?

NOTE: 

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund?  If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.)   If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG).
